Ceiling panels

The WoodenCloud Island consists of a perforated casing, absorbent material with non-woven fabric and adjustable steel wire links. From the outside, the islands are covered with veneer, laminate or varnished in a uniform color. The covering, made of flame-retardant MDF ensures stability and resistance to mechanical damage. Depending on requirements, we can use absorbing material with different air-flow resistance and thickness from 50 to 100 mm. WoodenCloud products have a much higher sound absorption coefficient than traditional ceiling islands. The absorbing material is mineral wool with increased density, secured with fleece. The islands are mounted to the ceiling with anchors and adjustable steel cables. All island elements have a high B, s2- d0 fire classification, so they can be used in public utility rooms.

EcoGrid is an acoustic grid ceiling made of an innovative PET material with a high sound absorption coefficient. The openwork structure and the vertical arrangement of the elements allow the sound to be absorbed over the entire surface of the panel, both in the case of a direct sound wave and that reflected by the ceiling. The crosswise arrangement of the lamellas provides sound dispersion, which further improves the acoustic conditions and reduces reverberation noise. Material does not collect dust, does not get dirty, is environmentally friendly and safe for humans. It is also resistant to mechanical damage and deformation. The product is fully recyclable. It is odorless, resistant to mold and does not emit toxic substances. It has a high fire class: B, s1, d0.

EcoBaffle Box ceiling acoustic panels are the perfect solution wherever traditional suspended ceilings cannot be used or when a more acoustically effective solution is needed. Made from compressed polyester fibres recovered from PET bottles in the recycling process. Unlike mineral wool, this material does not attract dust, does not get dirty, is environmentally friendly and safe for humans. It is also resistant to mechanical damage and deformation. The product is fully recyclable. It is odorless, mold resistant and does not emit toxic substances. It has a high-fire classification: B, s1, d0.

The suspended EcoCeiling consists of a substructure, namely a steel grid and special cassettes. They are made of ecological PET material, which has the highest class A sound absorption coefficient. The EcoCeiling ceiling is covered with a smooth coating of natural fibres in white, grey or black, which does not require painting. The lacquering process clogs the pores of the sound-absorbing material and, as a result, reduces the absorption coefficient. Therefore, EcoCeiling is much more effective than traditional paint-covered acoustic ceilings.

EcoBaffle ceiling acoustic panels are an ideal solution wherever there is no possibility of using traditional suspended ceilings or when we need a more acoustically effective solution. The vertical, parallel arrangement of the panels, the larger surface area and different reflection angles increase the sound absorption coefficient.
