Alpek is the largest PU foam cutting center in the Baltics
We have a versatile selection of PU foams for different purposes -
mattresses, sofa details, sound insulation, packing foam, foam for outdoor furniture, etc.
Our modern bench fleet originates from Europe and we have the ability to cut sheets, square pieces as well as contour cuts by measuring the block.
The minimum quantity starts from 10 pieces!
The selection includes foam rubber with a strength of 40-280 newtons and a density of 18-55 kg/m³.
Our bench park is divided into the following:
Horizontal sheet cutting. It is cutting sheets from PU foam block. The maximum sheet size is 245x204cm (approx. 5m²). We cut sheets starting from 8mm.
Vertical section. The machine allows to cut square parts. Minimum detail size 10x10cm.
Contour cut. The cutting machine allows to cut parts of different shapes. For special shaped parts, a dxf or dwg format drawing is required.
Profiling or egg-shaped foam rubber. We can produce profiled foam sheets of different heights. Suitable for noise reduction in various places.
Shredded foam. It is well suited as a filling material, for example, in pillows. We offer crushed foam in 15 kg bags, or approx. 1 m³.
RP – type polyether foam is a standard open cell foam.
These are foams that offer excellent durability and comfort. They are perfect for making mattresses and sofas, and can also be used for packaging. Available in densities from 18kg/m3 to 50kg/m3.
The foam sheets we offer have been tested and meet the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and are certified.
RF – type foam is a fire retardant foam that meets the standard FMVSS 302.
This foam can be used in the acoustic and automotive industries or where fire safety is important. Available in densities from 28 kg/m3 to 40 kg/m3.
Meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and is certified.
HR – is a foam known as cold foam.
It has a more comfortable feel than regular polyether foam and usually has better durability. Therefore, it is used to make especially high-quality furniture and mattresses. HR foam has good dynamic load characteristics and therefore retains its properties and quality for years. Polyurethane foam is with high elasticity and fire resistance. Available in densities from 25 kg/m3 to 53 kg/m3 and strengths from 70 NJ to 195 NJ.
Meets Oeko-Tex 100 standard and also CAL 117-2013
VE – viscoelastic memory foam has unique pressure and temperature sensitive properties.
This type of foam is ideal for mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows. It has been the preferred type of foam in the medical sector due to its pressure-relieving properties. It’s called Memory foam as it can respond to body heat and follow the shape of the body. It can provide ideal anatomical support for the body. Available in densities from 50 kg/m3 to 55 kg/m3.
Meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and is certified.
RG – is a foam that combines high elasticity with fire retardant properties.
Meets UK fire safety requirements (FR) and is suitable for use in public spaces, including hospitals. Fire resistant, high elasticity and good comfort foam. Available in densities from 32kg/m3 to 55 kg/m3.
Meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. Has a UK fire resistance certificate.
HS – hypersoft is a comfortable, soft type of foam.
It has good tensile strength and stretchability.
The softness makes this foam ideal for use in the production of both sofas and mattresses. Available in densities from 23 kg/m3 to 45 kg/m3.
Meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and is certified.
Limi is a very strong but elastic material.
It is obtained by mixing crushed foam rubber with a mixture of scraps and glue.
It is usually used in gym mats, carpet underlays, seats and places that require high durability and strength. Therefore, this product is made of recycled material that can be reused.
Meets the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and is certified.
Open Cell foam is ideal for outdoor use.
Foam with an open cell mesh structure is designed for outdoor use. For example, in boats, garden and terrace furniture and outdoor cafes. It does not absorb liquid, but lets it pass through itself and dries quickly.
Available in densities from 30 kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3.
Meets CertiPur and Oeko-Tex standard and is certified.
